Novel features The accessories attached to the head end do not move with the back section. In the manually operated model, the back section can be adjusted with a gas-spring assisted handle. The new Futura Plus bed features convenient brakes such as a braking bar for foot end and either two or four butterfly braking pedals above the castors. An optional foot pedal for adjusting the height is also available. The new optional nurse panel allows the staff to limit the adjustment functions made by the patient.
