Lungtest 1000 - 1

Lungtest 1000 spirometer designed for pulmonological tests is a station ary modular device able to perform com puter analysis of the measurements, opera ted by any PC with software implemented in any version of Microsoft Windows system. This concept allows practically unlimited implementation of new elements into the test system. Lungtetst 1000 spirometer is made in three basic versions: ● Lungtest 1000 with unlimited development options ● Lungest 1000 S and Lungtest 1000 SB with limited development options. All versions of Lungest 1000 are operated with a program compliant with ERS/ATS standards controlling the tests according to ERS/ATS 2005 recommendations. A commentary text with a message confirming meeting of ERS/ATS 2005 recommendations contains the quality estimation of the correctly performed examination in the A-F scale. Basic advantages: • replaceable measurement heads – with no anti-bacterial filters – completely protect the examined patient from the infection of the respiratory tract • immediately ready to use after replacing the headpiece • automatic control of the test correctness according to ATS/ERS 2005 standard • automatic assessment of the quality of the correctly performed examination in the A-F scale • automatic diastolic test appraisal • possibility to turn on the automatic diagnosis system • comparison of results with predicated values • computation of standard deviations and percentiles • modern pneumotach headpieces • data transmission to statistical programs • independent PC operations • possibility of instalation on your own PC • latest versions of software included   in the price of   the spirometer.

Lungtest 1000 - 3

Diffusion capacity is determined with a single breath method with the use of carbon oxide. The test determines lung capacity to transfer gas from alveoli to blood. A patient inhales gas mixture containing 0,3% CO and 10% He and holds breath for a time. The held gas deeply penetrates the lungs and diffuses to blood through the walls of capillary vessels. The closed exhalatory valve closes the volume between the lungs and the measuring headpiece. When the valve is opened, a patient exhales the gas to a bag. The bag content is analysed by gas analysers. Test results are shown in a table and...

Lungtest 1000 spirometer may be equipped with instruments for plethysmography of infants up to 90 cm tall and weighing up to 20 kg. RAW and ITGV can be measured in the closed chamber with pneumotach headpiece and flow closing valve. The modern chamber and a low resistance pneumotach headpiece and small deadspace is MES original construction. Algorithms compensating a change from ATP to BTPS without necessity of using breath bags are applied in the device. THE MEASURED VALUES: RAW, ITGV, TV. ADDITIONAL TESTS: The system may be used to perform additional occlusion tests in an open chamber:...
