Operating Procedure:

Connect the machine to a 230 V, 50/60 Hz power source and switch it on using the general switch at the rear.
Place the bowl on the holder, ensuring a firm fit by turning it 1/5 turn clockwise (approx. 70°).
Ensure the bowl is securely attached by pulling upwards.
Add the recommended proportions of alginate and water into the bowl.
Press the slow speed button (tortoise) and pre-beat the mix with the provided spatula.
After a few seconds, switch to fast speed (hare) and mix by pressing the spatula almost flat against the bowl wall.
Once mixing is complete, gather the alginate mix from the bowl wall using the spatula, moving from the bottom to the top edge.
The alginate mix is now ready for use and can be placed in a tray.
