2029 Preventive Maintenance Maximized uptime, unparalleled results and ease of mind Preventive Maintenance can be part of Metrohm maintenance agreement and puts the focus on what is important to you – performance. Critical components become worn and contaminated over time which leads to component failure and inconsistent performance. Metrohm Process Analytics recommends having a Preventive Maintenance service at least once a year. During the Preventive Maintenance visit the Service Engineer will replace all wearing parts and carefully inspect the entire system for problems to help you correct an issue before it affects your productivity. 1. Peristaltic Pump Maintenance Replacement of the pump tubing and inspection of the roller-carrier. 2. Sample & Drain Valve check Valve check ensuring trouble free daily operation. 3. Cuvette Maintenance Cleaning of the cuvette prevents carry-over, stirrer bar replacement prevents unstable results and replacement of the O-ring set ensuring safe and accurate operation. 4. LED & Transmission check LED & Transmission check ensures trouble free operation and correct analysis results. Software & Firmware Updates As necessary, we will update your software and firmware to the newest versions for your platform to ensure you have the latest set of features. Functional Testing* Your Service Engineer will perform a series of tests to ensure your system is operating at or above factory specifications, and will document the performance with a Certificate of Performance for your records. Confirmation Checkout* Upon completion of service, your Service Engineer will run a check standard, evaluating response to ensure they are upon agreed specifications.
