Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
The place of performance is MEYRA GmbH's premises in Kalletal-Kalldorf. Jurisdiction for disputes is determined by MEYRA GmbH's headquarters in Kalletal-Kalldorf. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision of the General Terms and Conditions is void or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain valid.
