Statute of Limitations:
Defect claims have a two-year limit from delivery; replacements and repairs have a one-year limit. Exceptions include personal injury or gross negligence claims.

Liability for Design Changes:
Design changes require MEYRA GmbH's written consent. Unauthorized changes causing damage may result in customer liability for third-party claims.

Return of Finished Products:
Returns need a delivery note or invoice copy. 80% credit for goods in original packaging and condition. Exclusions: items over three months old, custom orders, sanitary items, custom wheelchairs.

Order Cancellations:
