Statute of Limitations: Customer claims for defects have a two-year limitation from delivery, with a one-year period for replacements and repairs. Exceptions include claims for life endangerment, personal injury, or gross negligence, where statutory periods apply.

Replacement Product Service: MEYRA GmbH offers refurbished replacements for defective products. Defective items must be returned within 15 working days, or the customer will be invoiced 95% of the new product price. Returned items must match the replacement in model and design and be reusable.

Liability for Design Changes: Custom orders are subject to stricter legal provisions. Design changes by customers or third parties require prior written consent from MEYRA GmbH. Unauthorized changes leading to third-party damage will require the customer to indemnify MEYRA GmbH.

Return of Finished Products: Returns require a delivery note or invoice copy. Credit of 80% of the net value is granted for items in original packaging and condition, excluding items over three months old, custom orders, and certain other products.

Order Cancellations: Cancellations require MEYRA GmbH's prior agreement and must be in writing. Rehabilitation products are credited in full, while custom and adaptive wheelchairs have specific cancellation fees.

Collection and Disposal: Collection and disposal costs for non-private household equipment are not included in prices. MEYRA GmbH can organize this service for a fee.

Use of Personal Data: MEYRA GmbH may save and process customer data in accordance with statutory provisions, particularly the German Data Protection Act.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: The place of performance is MEYRA GmbH's premises in Kalletal-Kalldorf. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of MEYRA GmbH's headquarters, and German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
