Bipolar multifunctional forceps

Product catalog summary
Overview: The bipolar multifunctional forceps is a specialized accessory designed for the removal of pendunculated warts or fibromata pendulantia. It is compatible with all electrosurgical units featuring a bipolar function.
Specifications: The forceps are available in two models: one with a width of 3 mm and another with a width of 5 mm, both with a length of 130 mm. They feature inwardly angled cutting edges at both ends, allowing for simultaneous coagulation, cutting, and removal.
Procedure: The removal process does not require cutting or surgical sutures. The forceps hold the wart or fibroma at the base, and separation from the skin is achieved through coagulation triggered by a footswitch. This method is bloodless, scar-free, and does not require local anesthesia.
Advantages: The procedure is fast, clean, and reduces the risk of injury compared to using a scalpel or electrode. Immediate coagulation prevents infection from viruses associated with pendunculated warts or fibromata pendulantia. No after-bleeding occurs as all feeding blood vessels are coagulated.
Manufacturer Information: Micromed Medizintechnik GmbH, located in Wurmlingen, Germany, is the manufacturer. Contact details include phone: +49 7461 / 96 48 55 0 and email: [email protected].
