In 1998 this system obtained the FDA 510K (pre-market notification) for the US, Mexican and Canadian markets. This is when the Micronica idea started, bringing together a professional team driven by passion and committed to pursuing innovative solutions, with a clear understanding of both past experiences and future developments. Based on these experiences Micronica was founded in 2007.

In combination with its innovative high frequency inverter, it is able to deliver extremely short square pulses to the X-Ray tube, providing sharp images at the minimum dose to the patient with an overall superb image quality. Micronica has also developed an innovative system that rotates the anode up to 10,000 rpm, significantly enhancing tube power handling and heat dissipation — a unique feature in the mobile C Arm segment. The combination...
Open the catalog to page 7Heat Management & Square Collimator Automatic heat management and active liquid cooling, with dissipation up to 1200W, enable prolonged examinations without the risk of overheating. This feature guarantees continuous C - Arm operation during complex cardiac surgeries, without any interruptions for cooling. The square collimator automatically limits the X-Ray beam to perfectly match the square edges of the detector, reducing scatter and improving image contrast. Collimation reduces the exposed volume of tissue and it is beneficial for both the patient and the operator. Also the collimator is internally...
