TeslaM3® is an MRI-compatible monitoring system developed by the Mammendorfer Institut für Physik und Medizin. It is designed for use during MRI examinations, offering a modern patient monitoring solution with an intuitive user interface and easy handling of sensors and accessories.
The system includes wireless SpO2 and ECG sensors, with the ECG specifically developed for MRI conditions. It features up to 8 hours of trend memory, network capability, and a 15" touch screen displaying up to 6 waveforms and 4 numerical parameters simultaneously. The system supports adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients with a single SpO2 sensor.
Key features include intelligent battery management for up to 10 hours of sensor operation, soft touch finger adapters for easy sensor positioning, and robust, latex-free materials. The system is configurable with options such as remote monitoring, IBP, capnometry, multigas module, and body temperature monitoring.
The TeslaM3® offers reliable ECG readings with a digital artifact filter and is equipped with a gating interface. The remote monitor ensures safe transmission of vital signs and alarms, maintaining full functionality in the control room.

Soft touch finger adapters enable easy positioning of the sensor while ensuring reliable SpO2 monitoring even during longer scan sequences. The fingers adapters can be exchanged quickly and easy. The adapters are robust and can be cleaned easily. All used materials are latex free. The ECG sensor can be used with all prevalent MRI compatible ECG pads. Thus you can avoid buying expensive special disposable items. Free positioning of the ECG pads helps placing the ECG even if the chest is difficult to access. The digital artifact filter ensures reliable ECG reading during the scanning procedure....
