Cyanide analyzer

Cyanide analyzer

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document describes the Cyanide Analyzer developed by MLE Engineering GmbH Dresden, which includes an autosampler and a FIA Nexus device with an integrated digestion unit. This device is designed for the selective release of cyanide from metal complexes using the flow injection method as per DIN EN ISO 14403-1 standards.
Specifications: The analyzer measures free and total cyanide with a range of 0.001 to 1 mg/l. The measurement range can be adjusted according to customer requirements by modifying the enrichment time and gas diffusion cell.
Software Control: The FIA Nexus device is controlled by FIAStudio software, which is Windows-based. This software manages the control of the FIA system, records, processes, manages, and archives measurement data. It also includes an export function for data transfer to laboratory information and management systems (LIMS).
Standardization and Parameters: The analytical methods used are standardized according to DIN EN ISO. The variance coefficient of the measurement ranges is typically between 0.5% and 1%. The document lists various parameters that can be measured, including ammonium, free cyanide, total cyanide, nitrate, sulfate, chloride, and more.
Flexibility and Accessories: The methods can be easily altered or adjusted, and new methods can be developed due to the software's simple operation. The FIA Nexus comes with all necessary method units and accessories, such as pump tubings, connectors, and reagent bottles.

Cyanide analyzer-1

Medizin- und Labortechnik Engineering GmbH Dresden Cyanide analyzer The Cyanide analyzer consists of an autosampler and a FIA Nexus device with integrated digestion unit for the selective release of cyanide from metal complexes according to the flow injection method DIN EN ISO 14403-1 which describes the pyridine-free determination of free and total cyanide. Gas diffusion of the released cyanide in a membrane cell eliminates possible interferences caused by the sample matrix. As the membrane transfer is carried out with stationary acceptor solution, this leads to an enrichment of the analyte and a high sensitivity of the method. The digestion unit of the FIA Nexus device is controlled by the FIAStudio software. Measurement ranges: Free cyanide: 0.001 … 1 mg/l FCN Total cyanide: 0.001 … 1 mg/l TCN By adjusting the enrichment time and the gas diffusion cell, the measurement range can be adjusted to customer requirements. Cyanide analyzer-2

Medizin- und Labortechnik Engineering GmbH Dresden The control of the one or multichannel FIA system is carried out by the Windows-based FIAStudio software. In addition, it is used to record, process, manage and archive the measurement data. An export function for transferring the measurement data e.g. to a laboratory information and management system (LIMS) is also part of FIAStudio. If possible, the analytical methods used are flow analysis procedures standardized in accordance with DIN EN ISO. The measurement ranges of the individual parameters are listed in the method list. The variance coefficient...
