PRODUCT SPEC 0031 / StopSafe / 10.2014 / V2 Passenger lift barrier from Mobility Networks StopSafe from Mobility Networks is a trusted and proven safety barrier that can be efficiently fitted onto a passenger access lift for added peace of mind. This high quality and durable solution is a manually operated, high strength barrier that can be efficiently installed on the end of a lift platform. It provides maximum safety for wheelchair and semi-ambulant passengers whilst a platform is in operation. The StopSafe can either be retro-fitted or included in a new vehicle build. When not in use, the lift platform slots that are used to secure the StopSafe are sealed with plastic plugs for added safety. StopSafe is an adaptable product that can be either transported within a vehicle or stored at a convenient and regular destination. Once a vehicle access lift is deployed, the StopSafe barrier can be slotted into position quickly to protect passengers and to offer reassurance.
