A division of J Marston Engineers Ltd. An independent family business with family values Stainless steel construction for harsh chemical mortuary environments. Why compromise with powder coat paint finishes? Controls (light up) with charger port, emergency stop/on/off with drive wheel control TRAY CAPTURE Auto tray tilt Model MSTD-TS 5th wheel drive, motorised tray roller with hook, auto tray tilt & stainless steel Designed to relieve manual handling within the mortuary environment this trolley has a 5th powered drive wheel centrally mounted in the chassis, resulting in a pivot point to aid manoeuvrability. The drive wheel conveniently and automatically raises off the floor when left idle for a few short seconds. Ideal if you need to realign the trolley with equipment or simply want to manually move the trolley with no or low loads (unlike a permanently down powered wheel). Also featuring an end motorised roller with tray hook for loading and unloading trays. Our TS model option shown above features stainless steel construction with auto tray tilt enabling users to work at their chosen height at the touch of a button. Designed to work over a foul sink with tray and drain it can be used for embalming, washing, post mortems, etc. The ONE TRAY concept is designed to eliminate the need for transfers and any arduous body lifting once in the mortuary. It not only reduces the floor space required but enables one person operation and eliminates the need for additional equipment. A powered trolley is designed to reduce manual handling, this model goes even further. Motorised roller and tray hook Image shows optional tray guide rails with rubber coated & grooved rollers The powered drive trolley has a Safe Working load (SWL) of 415kg/65stone Employing twin hydraulic rams with 40x40 box section steel, reinforced with solid bar. While this is a solid construction it remains a light and maneuverable trolley. Now improved with premium twin linear castors with kick pedal brakes as shown on model MSTD-TS. As standard the MSTD standard stacking trolley, shown right, employs a 5th powered drive wheel centrally mounted for a perfect pivot making it possible to swivel a trolley in a circle with just your fingers. Finished in battleship grey powder coat paint our textured finish is much more durable than a gloss or matt paint. Alternatively upgrade to stainless steel for a finish that will stand up to the harsh chemicals, knocks and scrapes. Also featuring a motorised roller with tray handle hook to aid loading and unloading trays. With voltmeter giving the battery condition, the compact wall mounted electronic low voltage charger plugs into the control box in plain sight avoiding user damage by moving the trolley when plugged in, also avoiding mains power within the trolley chassis.
