A steel ‘free standing’ fabrication racking is built as a modular ‘flat pack’ so can be designed to fit any space and ideal for self assembly. The fully welded side frames are simply secured with cross bars & corner plates creating a rigid frame when bolted. Other racks in the market are held in place by drop in brackets & gravity and therefore less solid. Stub roller Design service Supplied with spring loaded, semi precision full width rollers that simply pop into place. The fabrication is finished in a textured powder coat ‘battleship grey’ paint finish. A more durable finish than matt or gloss and the colour helps hide general wear and tear. A choice of widths for any tray or coffins, 1 to 5 tier, single or multi bays. Reinforced with heavier duty steel, 5 sets of 50mm dia rollers per tier. Widths and tier heights available to any size.
