Immunoglobulin (IG) and T cell receptor (TR) genes comprise many different segment types, such as variable (V),diversity (D) and joining (J) et al.,which are rearranged and brought together by V(D)J recombination during the differentiation and development of B-cell and T-cell sequences. This results in genetically different B-cells and T-cells, which provide an extremely diverse antigen recognition capability for the adaptive immune response. The sequence-level immune repertoire analysis plays an important role in the research of immune response and application of immunotherapy. Taking the advantage of the high error-tolerance by hybrid capture technology, IGTR Panel v1.0 was designed based on the entire pre-rearranged coding segments of B-cells and T-cells in the human genome, which can support the targeted capture sequencing of recombinant IG and TR coding and expression sequences at both the DNA and RNA levels.
