Illumina's Nextera DNA Flex significantly reduces the steps in the library preparation process, offering a fast and flexible solution for preparing libraries. Due to its fast and integrated workflow, which is suitable for a wide range of applications, , it has gained a certain market share without the need for additional mechanical shearing equipment. To achieve sequencing for a greater number of samples, each sample needs to be labeled with different adapter tag sequences (Indexes) and then sequenced for subsequent splitting. During the liquid-phase hybridization capture process, the adapter sequences will undergo complementary hybridization, leading to library concatenation. To prevent non- specific binding between probes and adapters, as well as between adapters, blocking sequences are added to block the adapter sequences. This ensures the effectiveness of hybrid capture and increases the amount of effective data. Therefore, Nanodigmbio has launched NadPrep NanoBlockers (for Illumina®, NXT), a straightforward and efficient universal blocking sequencing, designed to meet the liquid-phase hybrid capture of Illumina's Nextera™ libraries. This innovation aims to improve data quality, save sequencing costs, and avoid introducing additional biases. NadPrep NanoBlockers (for Illumina®, NXT) is a universal blocking sequencing designed for use with Illumina's sequencing platform for the Nextera™ library. This product can bind to the Tn5 adapters sequences of the libraries, reducing non- specific binding between adapters, which enhances on-target rate, increasing the depth of enrichment.
