NadPrep Universal Circularization Kit v2 The NadPrep Universal Circularization Kit v2 is designed for preparation of a single-stranded circular DNA (ssCirDNA) library for the MGI platform based on DNBSEQ™ technology. The circularization module inside is compatible with the circularization of libraries with single index (SI) adapters and dual index (DI) adapters on MGI platform, and NadPrep Universal Stubby Adapters (UDI), and is suitable for the circularization of libraries converted by the MGIEasy Universal Library Conversion Kit (App-A), with the preparation of single-stranded circular libraries effectively streamlined. • Wide applicability: applicable to many types of library • High flexibility: compatible with libraries of various types, insert fragment size and input amounts • Efficient circularization: high circularization efficiency and stability • Optimized workflow: 1/3 shorter experiment time compared to v1 DNA Libraries* Denaturation ssCirDNA Circularization Enzymatic Digestion Circular DNA Purification *The library types from top to bottom are MGI_SI, MGI_DI and Illumina.
