We provide molecular reagents to serve precision medicine. LungCancer Panel v1.0 is specifically designed for lung cancer research. This panel involves 24 genes, including full coding regions from 19 genes and non-exonic regions with frequent fusion occurrence in lung cancer. This panel is used for lung cancer related gene mutations analysis, including base substitution, fragment insertion/deletion, gene rearrangement and gene amplification. Item Catalog# Scale Usage Storage Note: From June 1st, 2021, LungCancer Research Panel v1.0 has been renamed LungCancer Panel v1.0, and the catalog remains unchanged. • This panel has been optimized with NadPrep Hybrid Capture Reagents for targeted capture applications. Please refer to the user manual from Nanodigmbio (www.nanodigmbio.com). For Illumina® platforms, please refer to the Hybridization Capture of DNA Libraries (for Illumina®) _v2.3. For MGI platforms, please refer to the Hybridization Capture of DNA Libraries (for MGI)_v1.4. • The hybrid capture reagents need to be thoroughly vortex and centrifuge prior to use. Each hybridization reaction consists of 13 |iL of hybridization master mix and 4 |iL of LungCancer Panel v1.0. Note: Each hybridization master mix consists of 8.5 |iL of Hyb #1, 2.7 |iL of Hyb #2 and 1.8 |iL of Nuclease Free Water. • The LungCancer Panel v1.0 can either be used independently or as spike-in panel.
