IS-II active BioSeal is designed to enhance the sealing of soft tissue and minimize bone loss. It features a Magic Thread that is specially designed to withstand vertical and lateral forces. The Coronal Macro Thread, with a thread pitch of 0.8mm, provides excellent primary stability at the cortical bone. The implant's apex is suitable for both immediate placement and immediate loading.

Surface and Design Features:
The implant surface is treated with S.L.A. (Sand-blasted, Large grit, Acid-etched) technology, involving hydroxyapatite powder blasting and dual acid etching, to enhance osteoconductivity. The design includes a Crestal MacroThread, a self-compactable apex, and a powerful deep thread. The BioSeal design incorporates a conical seal with an 11º angle.

Drilling and Placement Procedure:
The recommended drilling sequence involves several steps with specific tools and parameters:

Point Lindemann drilling with irrigation at 1,200 RPM and 30-45 Ncm.
Initial drilling with a Ø2.2 drill at the same speed and torque.
Twist drilling with Ø2.9 and Ø3.4 drills, each with irrigation, at 1,200 RPM and 30-45 Ncm, using a 10mm stopper.
Profile tapping with a Ø4.0 tap at 50 RPM and 50 Ncm.
Fixture placement with a contra angle at Ø4.5 X 10mm, 25-30 RPM, and 35 Ncm.

Checking the depth with a depth gauge and the path with a parallel pin is recommended during the procedure.
