SINUS CRESTAL APPROACH KIT

SINUS CRESTAL APPROACH KIT

SINUS CRESTAL APPROACH KIT

Product catalog summary
Overview: The Sinus Crestal Approach (SCA) Kit is designed for crestal sinus elevation, allowing for the perforation of the inferior cortical wall and lifting of the sinus membrane without causing rupture or tearing. The procedure is performed at 1,200 RPM with irrigation to ensure safety and efficiency.
Key Features:
  • S-reamer: Features a special blade structure that perforates the sinus inferior cortical bone without direct contact with the sinus membrane, enhancing safety.
  • Safety: High-speed drilling at 1,200 RPM with adequate irrigation ensures rapid and safe perforation without damaging the sinus membrane.
  • User-Friendly Design: The kit is designed to minimize the experience gap among operators, making sinus lift procedures accessible to all users.
Procedures:
  1. Initial Drilling: Drill 1mm shorter than the measured height of residual bone, increasing by 1mm with each step using a longer stopper.
  2. Using S-reamer: Select a reamer 1mm shorter than the remaining bone height. If the cortical wall is not perforated, use a longer stopper and continue drilling.
  3. Check Perforation: Use a depth gauge to verify perforation and ensure the gauge tip is hung on the interior wall.
  4. Bone Carrier: Insert bone grafting materials into the osteotome site, requiring 0.1cc for a 1mm graft height.
  5. Bone Condenser: Secure graft materials on the sinus floor through the osteotome site.
  6. Bone Inserter: Insert bone into the sinus using a bone carrier and a 1mm long stopper at 80 RPM.
  7. Bone Spreader: Spread the bone to reduce pressure in the sinus area, used after inserting bone more than twice.
  8. Final Drilling & Implantation: Perform final drilling and implantation based on the density of the crestal cortical bone, with countersinking for D1-D2 bone.
CMI Fixation: A technique introduced by Dr. Young Ku, Heo, focusing on effective initial fixation in mixed bone areas. It involves removing enough crest cortical bone for passive fixture fixation without over-compression, ensuring strong fixation in the sinus inferior cortical wall.
Ordering Information: The kit is available under the catalog number SCAKIT.

SINUS CRESTAL APPROACH KIT-1

SINUS CRESTAL APPROACH KIT SCA kit is an effective tool for crestal sinus elevation by perforating inferior cortical wall and lifting sinus membrane without any rupture or membrane tearing.(1,200 RPM with irrigation) SAFETY •• S-reamer’s head with a special blade structure •• is designed to perforate the sinus inferior cortical bone without sinus membrane tearing and it makes thin bone disk between membrane and reamer. Since the reamer does not touch sinus membrane directly, so it is safer. SPEEDY •• With 1,200 RPM high speed drilling with enough irrigation, it perforates sinus cortical wall safely and rapidly without any sinus membrane damage. SIMPLE •• SCA kit is designed user-friendly to minimize the operators’ experience gap and sinus lifting techniques, therefore all users can conduct sinus lift easily.

Sinus Crestal Approach Kit Intended use Bone carrier Bone spreader •• Make drills 1mm shorter than measured height of residual bone. Drill only 1mm more in each step by step using 1mm longer stopper before the final drilling. •• Carry the bone grafting materials into osteotome site. •• Spreading the bone and reduce pressure in sinus area. 80rpm speed. •• One time insertion capacity 0.05cc. •• To make 1mm graft height, 0.1cc is needed. •• Use bone spreader at least after inserting the bone more than 2 times. Using S-reamer Bone condenser Final Drilling & Implantation •• For safety, select a proper...
