Indications for Use

Designed for eye protection during phototherapy for pediatric patients, including neonates, infants, and children.

Directions for Use
  1. Select the appropriate size.
  2. Place the headstrap behind the head with the smooth side against the head.
  3. Cover the eyes with NeoShades.
  4. Attach the hook fabric on the headstrap to the NeoShades, adjusting as necessary.

  • Blocks 99.9% of light.
  • Materials: Nylon, polyurethane for NeoShades; NeoFoam and hook fabric for the headstrap.
  • Sizes: Micro (N727), Small (N728), Large (N729).
  • Packaging: Individually packaged in biodegradable polyethylene bags, with boxes printed using soy ink on recyclable material.

NeoShades* with Headstrap Phototherapy Eye Shields INDICATIONS FOR USE The NeoShades are indicated for use as eye protection during phototherapy sessions. They are intended for use on pediatric (neonates, infants and children) patients. Step 1 Select proper size. Step 2 Place headstrap behind head with smooth side of foam against head. Step 3 Cover eyes with NeoShades. Step 4 Gently attach hook fabric on end of headstrap to NeoShades. Repeat for opposite side. Note: Straps can be trimmed for proper fit.
