NTN4 may play an important role in neural, kidney and vascular development. It promotes neurite elongation from olfactory bulb explants. NTN4 belongs to a family of proteins related to laminins. Tissue was incubated with rabbit polyclonal antibody to Netrin-4 at 8 gg/mL overnight at 4°C followed by incubation with Donkey anti-rabbit Rhodamine Red conjugated secondary antibodies at 1:200. Cell nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
