Disposable Injection Needles
The disposable injection needles are designed for use with an endoscope, primarily for endoscopic injections during the treatment of varicose veins in the esophagus and stomach, as well as for submucosal injections in the digestive tract.
- PP Material Needles: The needle tube should smoothly extend and retract from the outer tube, with a return thrust greater than 2N.
- PTFE Material Needles: The needle tube should lock at 90° with a limit ring and have a pull-back force greater than 2N. It should unlock by rotating the limit ring counterclockwise.
The needles should operate smoothly within the endoscope channel without resistance. The limit ring must have anti-skid properties with a raised bar height greater than 0.1mm. The specifications include various models with different diameters, working lengths, and needle tube lengths, suitable for endoscopic channels with inner diameters of ≥2.0mm to ≥2.8mm.
