OverviewFDM-Plates are multi-function force measuring platforms designed for dynamic gait, pressure, and force analysis. They enable detailed analysis of plantar surfaces or footwear, facilitating the identification of gait abnormalities. The system supports automated history reporting and progress tracking without restricting movement.
Dynamic Gait, Pressure, and Force AnalysisThe platforms are robust and accurate, with over 120 units installed in Athlete's Foot® stores in Australia, recording over 1,000,000 measurements in the first year. They feature up to 15,000 individually-calibrated capacitive sensors for various tests and analyses, with data averaged over sessions.
Technical DataFDM-Plates use MR3 biomechanical
analysis software, which calculates average pressure prints, COP gait lines, and other parameters. The system includes timing and velocity statistics with the FDM-T.
