FLUITANS MEDICAL DEVICE PURPOSE Fluitans allows the use of the NEXT board as a rescue extricator in water environments, allowing the rescue and recovery of endangered or wounded people with rope or winch maneuvers (together with the Tyrah rescue triangle). Particularly useful for Rescue with boats or jet skis, facilitating the recovery of the patient on board or on the towed stretcher. The floating position of the patient ensures that the head is constantly kept out of the water and the conformation of the floating system guarantees rotation within the times provided by the international reference standard.
