RAPID TOURNIQUET MEDICAL DEVICE PURPOSE The Rapid Application Tourniquet System (U.S. Patent R.A.T.S. No. 9,168,044) is the fastest tourniquet on the market and is used to stop massive bleeding due to trauma.
