The control unit is equipped with the same functions as the successful APM 440 system. Two high-quality full-metal compressors ensure quick inflation and a secure long-lasting operation. The control unit is equipped with a digital sensor control, which regulates the inner pressure of the mattress, creating a perfect surface pressure. The lock-off function ensures a smooth and silent operation between the time cycles. Additional functions such as care mode, 3 separate time cycles, static mode and an automatic key pad lock complete the fields of application and guarantee a quick and easy operation. The mattress with approx. 120 cm standard width is equipped with 18 nylon / polyurethane cells and specially designed holding straps to safely keep them in place. Each cell is equipped with a CPC quick coupling, permitting an ultra-fast cell exchange / cell removal to freely position the patient within seconds.
