Bone Matrix and Graft Materials

• 100% Natural Demineralized Bone Matrix (DBM): Synthetic carrier-free with high BMP content for excellent osteoinduction and graft volume restoration.
• Spongy (Cancellous) Bone Powder: 100% DBM with high BMP for osteoinduction and volume repair.
• Cortical + Spongy Bone Powder: CG-Oss allograft combining 65% cortical and 35% spongy bone with preserved growth factors and proteins for osteoinduction and osteoconduction.

Regenerative Tissue Matrix

CG Derm: An acellular dermal matrix produced by freeze-drying technology, replicating human dermis properties for superior handling and rapid revascularization with minimal resorption. It meets KFDA and FDA safety standards and is available in various sizes for single-stage surgeries.

Collagen Membrane

T-Gen Membrane: Highly porous collagen membrane enabling optimal bone and soft tissue regeneration. Features rapid hydration, excellent tensile strength, flexibility, and superior tear resistance during surgery.

Prosthetic Attachments for Root Retention

• Kerator Attachments: Two types of root-retained attachments for overdentures, including direct stainless steel posts and cast posts made from Teallite or cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloys, offering cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternatives to gold alloys.

Bio-MEM Titanium-Supported Micro-Porous PTFE Membrane

• Features easy shaping, placement, and fixation with screws, bone screws, bone plates, or implants.

• Supports open membrane technique without primary closure and reduces membrane exposure risk.

Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) System

Jeilmed GBR system includes titanium mesh, screws, mesh plates, and various instruments designed to promote bone regeneration before implant placement. The system offers stability, flexibility, biocompatibility, and bioactivity, serving as a scaffold for new bone formation.
