Instructions for Use:

Connect the gas supply hose to the DISS inlet and a 50 PSI oxygen supply.
Turn on the oxygen supply.
Attach suction tubing to the aspirator and secure the collection jar lid.
Press the green shuttle button to start suction and ensure vacuum creation.
Keep the collection jar upright to prevent blockage.
Clear the suction catheter by covering the discharge port if blocked.
Limit suctioning to five seconds to avoid depleting patient oxygen levels.
Press the red shuttle button after suctioning to conserve oxygen.
Repeat as necessary, emptying the collection jar as needed.

Cleaning and Disinfection:

Rinse the aspirator jar with water and suction clean, soapy water through the aspirator.
Turn off the gas supply, remove the hose, and dispose of the gasket and tubing.
Wash the jar and lid in soapy water, rinse, and immerse in a cold liquid sterilant.
Rinse thoroughly, inspect for damage, and replace parts as needed.
Dry and reassemble, replacing the gasket.
Test the aspirator for function and return to service center if not functioning.
Replace suction tubing and catheter as required.
