The orthosis is used exclusively with all Miami J® collars when even greater stability at the cervical junctions is indicated. Miami JTO Thoracic Extension is a versatile, tool-free device with a patented chin strut, providing more control than a collar alone can provide, designed to treat cervical and high-thoracic injuries.
