The VAPODEST® 50s is a fully automated steam distillation system designed for high-precision routine analyses. It features a micro dosing pump for titration, an autosampler for large sample volumes, and customizable program libraries for different sample types. The system is controlled via the VAPODEST®-Manager software, which facilitates integration with LIMS systems and supports extensive documentation and control functions.

Operation and Control
The system is operated entirely via PC using the VAPODEST®-Manager software, which allows for method creation, data processing, and system monitoring. It supports password protection and user levels for data safety and transparency.

Titration Unit
The integrated titration unit uses potentiometric end-point detection with a pH combined electrode. It features a high-precision micro dosing pump made of ceramic, offering minimal flow rate deviation and virtually unlimited service life.

Carousel and Autosampler
The VAPODEST® 50s carousel model includes an autosampler for fully automated analysis. It supports different carousel sizes for various sample tube capacities, ensuring easy handling and cleaning.
