The BF-XP190 is an ultraslim bronchoscope designed for diagnostics of the thinnest bronchi. It features a field of view of 110° and a forward viewing direction with a depth of field ranging from 2 to 50 mm. The insertion tube has a distal end outer diameter of 3.1 mm, tapering to 2.9 mm at the tip, and an outer diameter of 2.8 mm. The working length is 600 mm, and it includes an insertion tube rotation function. The instrument channel has an inner diameter of 1.2 mm, with a minimum visible distance of 1.5 mm from the distal end. The angulation range is 210° upward and 130° downward.
The bronchoscope is compatible with the EVIS EXERA system, specifically the OLYMPUS CV-190 video system center and the OLYMPUS CLV-190 xenon light source.
The BF-XP190 offers a wider angulation range of 210°, facilitating smoother insertion into the upper-lobe bronchi. It includes a waterproof one-touch connector that is fully submersible, reducing setup effort and risk of damage. The ergonomic scope cable direction prevents the cable from hanging limp. The ultraslim videoscope features a newly developed CCD for improved image quality and includes NBI (Narrow Band Imaging) for enhanced visualization of mucosal vessels.
The insertion tube can be rotated up to 120° in either direction using a control ring, aiding in easier operation and reducing operator fatigue.
