Cut the thermoplastic sheet according to the outline on the paper. 4. When the sheet becomes completely transparent it indicates right state for use. Take it out and wipe the water with a towel. 5. Place the sheet on the body gently. Don't stretch the material too much because it may decrease the material strength.
