  • Medium: EUR 40-45, UK 6 ½ - 10 ½, US (M) 7 ½ - 11 ½, US (W) 8 ½ - 12 ½
  • Large: EUR 45-50, UK 10 ½ - 14, US (M) 11 ½ - 15, US (W) 12 ½ - 16
