Illumination: The
microscope uses an X-LED light source with a 3W white LED, equivalent to a 50W halogen bulb, and a color temperature of 6300K. The LED has an average lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours. The light exit can hold additional filters (blue, yellow, frosted). Voltage requirements are 110/230Vac, 50/60Hz, with a maximum power of 7W.
Observation Modes: Supports Brightfield and negative Phase Contrast modes.
Focusing: Features a coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanism with a graduated scale of 0.002mm and an upper stop to prevent contact between the objective and specimen. The tension of the coarse focusing knob is adjustable.
Stage: The double-layer mechanical sliding stage measures 175x145mm with an X-Y movement range of 76x52mm. It includes a specimen holder for two slides and a Vernier scale with 0.1mm accuracy.
