SURGICAL TECHNIQUE Screw length is measured with the Depth Gauge for Large Screws. Appropriate 5.0mm locking cortical screw or 5.0mm blunt-tip periprosthetic screw is inserted with the help of a surgical motor with the Large Screwdriver Shaft. The surgical motor must have stopped before the screw is fully tightened Screws can be inserted using surgical motor by Ortholox Screwdriver Shaft or by hand tightening with the Quick Coupling Handle.
