For inactivation of infected material before destruction. • These red bags are necessary to autoclave biological contaminated items such as Petri dishes, pipette tips, culture flasks, centrifuge tubes, wastes, gloves, masks, etc. prior to disposal. • Biohazardous waste must be autoclaved prior to disposal. • Imprinted biohazard symbol. • They may also be used to pack, sterilize and maintain sterile conditions for non plastic made products. (*) • The instructions for use and the biohazard simbol are reported on each bag. • The typical sterilisation cycle is 121°C / 20 minutes. The max temperature is 134°C. The bag must not completed closed during sterilization process. • The bags are made from high quality virgin polypropylene.
