Preparation and Usage Procedure

Place the plastic container on a flat surface and open the Luer-lock cap.
Pour the liquid component into the container.
Use the provided funnel to add the powder component into the container.
Close the Luer-lock cap firmly.
Shake the container manually for at least 30 seconds until a homogenous acrylic resin mass is achieved. Extend mixing time if necessary.
Open the Luer-lock connection, connect a syringe, turn the container upside down, and draw up the acrylic resin into the syringe. Repeat for additional syringes.

Bone Cement Volume
When mixed, BonOs® Inject components produce a PMMA bone cement volume of 25 ml. The available cement volume for injection varies based on temperature, mixing system, syringe type, and filling time.

6 ml syringe: 21 ml
