General overview FlowOx™ FlowOx™ is a novel medical device for the treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) related problems such as pain, reduced walking distance and chronic ulcers. The use of FlowOx™ is comfortable and easy: the system generates an intermittent negative pressure (INP) that stimulates the blood circulation in the lower legs and feet, thus improving the blood flow and oxygen supply. FlowOx™ usage For an optimal therapeutic effect, it is recommended using the device for 2 hours per day, which can be easily integrated into everyday life (e.g., one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening). If FlowOx™ is used as recommended, patients can expect a reduction in pain and possibly visual improvements in the wound healing within 2-3 weeks.
