OYSTER BAY PUMP WORKS, INC. Liquid Dispensing Systems Specialists TTCS-5 The TTCS-5 is a test tube conveyor system designed to integrate up to five processing functions on a single conveyor. The choice of functions described below includes R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance processing steps. These functions are design modules that can be arranged any way you specify for your process. Processing speeds can be up to 120,000 tubes per hour, depending on configuration. The TTCS-5 function modules include: Precision coating with better than 1% CV for coating steps Combination wash/aspirate function (for multiple washes at one station) Aspiration Fill (manifolded dispense into entire rack of tubes simultaneously) Drying Fill verification (available with data acquisition) Other functions, such as tube check, printing (onto racks), bar code reading, colored hot stamping (tops of tubes), and more, are available on our larger systems. TTCS-5 components can be transferred to these larger systems. We also design and build to customer tube rack specifications. OBPW designs and manufactures a wide variety of systems.
