SEMI-AUTOMATIC LABELLING FOR ROUNDS Fast Pk-62 DESCRIPTION Pk-62 is a semi-automatic table-top labeller that can reach production speeds of considerable interest. Thanks to automatic paper loading and quick format change, it can be easily used in all production environments and can be directly compared with automatic production lines for equal quantities of real production. Typically, overall productivity is made up of labeling time plus tooling / machine adjustments time. In this type of comparison where the format changes are different and frequent, the Pk-62 becomes a winner, precisely allowing real productivity equal to about 2500 pcs / hour (an example with a product of 20mm in diameter and a la- DESCRIPTION bel of about 40 / 50mm) . Format changes take 2 minutes. Products with diameters between 10 and 40mm and label width (height on the product) up to 140mm can be processed. PRODUCT FALLING SYSTEM: Pk-62 provides that the product falls after labeling (one or two labels) in an underlying container, at the edge of a table such as a box ready for shipment or other. The collection container is not provided and will be supplied only on request. The dropping system can be excluded with a selector allowing labeling of products with dimensions over 40mm or very delicate, which must not "fall". If the "do not fall" function is used, the products can also have larger diameters.
