AUTOMATIC LABELLER FOR ROUNDS Pk-80 DESCRIPTION Pk-80 is an automatic labelling machine for small round products with automatic paper loading and quick format change. Product loading is entrusted to a vibrator which places the products on an out feed belt and then conveys them to the labelling group. The vibrator always puts out the products in the same direction and depending on the type of containers handled, it may or DESCRIPTION may not integrate a camera system. Pk-80 provides that the product falls after labelling (of one or two labels) into an underlying container, placed on the lower surface of the frame, allowing labelling of products with dimensions from 10 to 35mm in diameter and up to 100mm in height. The labels can be 20 to 100mm wide. Pk-80 can be connected to the most popular industrial thermal printers also with save-ribbon or to the HP technology inkjet marker for variable data printing.
