AUTOMATIC LINE LABELLING MACHINE DESCRIPTION Pk-LINE-Easy-R-V (Roto Vertical) is an automatic machine for the application of labels built for industrial work cycles. Can apply a wrap-around label around round products. It uses high quality brushless motors, a colour touch-screen control panel, 50 programs and much more, placing it at the top of the quality for this category. Various accessories available such as the inkjet marker for variable data printing, photocell for transparent labels, etc. Pk-LINE-Easy, fast, compact, high quality, made in Italy, excellent quality / price ratio. Available in version for 1200mm or 150mm height labels. Pk-LINE-R-V is equipped with advanced technical solutions to simplify ease of use as much as possible. It uses encoders for the automatic adjustment of the speed of the labelling head in relation to the speed of the roller belt. In practice, the operator suffices the label measurement and application start delay data to be entered in the control panel to start production. Pk-LINE-Easy is also available in the R-R (Roto Rollers) version with rubberized rollers for rolling the product for the application of one or two wrapping labels.
