Product Overview: The FETAL PORT® is a prenatal port system designed to support fetal growth in cases of intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) due to placental insufficiency. Placement: Port implantation is suitable for pregnant women with an anterior or anterior-lateral located placenta, with ultrasound-guided catheter placement in the amniotic cavity.
Duration: The intraumbilical infusion is limited to 10% of the estimated feto-placental blood volume per day, with continuous infusion rates of 50-120 ml/h.
