Reorder # 07-8911828 Intended Use/Indications: This breathing circuit is a device that is intended to administer medical gases and/or anesthetic gases to a patient during anesthesia for inhalation, or medical gases to a patient during respiratory care inhalation. 1. PRIOR TO PATIENT CONNECTION: Examine circuit for any damage which may have occurred during shipping. 2. Install 15mm clear fresh gas adapter to the anesthesia machine fresh gas outlet port. Note: If your machine does not have a fresh gas outlet, you may have to cut the 15mm clear fresh gas adapter off the circuit and install the fresh gas line to the vaporizer outlet. 3. Install blue corrugated waste gas hose to charcoal canister or active scavenging system. 4. Attach the face mask or endotracheal tube to the circuit elbow. 5.
