BaseTyper™ Real-Time PCR Instrument The BaseTyper™ Real-Time PCR Instrument is intended for performing rapid, accurate real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) by converting nucleic acid signals from DNA-binding fluorescent dyes or labeled probes to comparative quantitative readouts of DNA or reverse transcribed RNA. The BaseTyper™ Real-Time PCR Instrument is validated for use with PentBase’s PlentiPlex™ and SensiScreen® IVD assays as well as our novel MicroSight® MSI HRM IVD assay.
