- Tablet Size: Round tablets (5-12mm diameter, 2-8mm thickness); Shaped tablets (5-12mm width, 2-8mm thickness, 5-21mm length).
- Inspected Items: Dirt, scratches, foreign particles, cracks, chips, deformation, color, coating, and emboss defects.
- Inspected Surfaces: Face, back, side, top, bottom.
- Inspection Accuracy: Detects defects equivalent to a 50µm square or larger black speck, and 1 mm² size chip.
- Processing Capacity: 300,000 tablets/hour (varies with size & shape).
- Applicable Capsules: Single or two-color hard capsules, printed capsules, soft gelatin capsules.
- Capsule Size: Hard capsules (0-5 size), Soft capsules (5-8mm diameter, 5-21mm length).
- Inspected Items: Brightness, dirt, foreign particles, scratches, cracks, holes, shape, color, head of capsule defects.
