Description: AbsoClear® Catheter securement dressings are a vast range of products that use the AbsoClear® gel technology to secure catheters, hoses and pipes. AbsoClear® gel is a water clear hydrogel, made of ionic polymer and glycerol. In some variants the hydrogel is backed with cushioning layer of polyethylene foam, while in others it is placed as an island pad on a PU film backing coated with hypoallergenic adhesive. AbsoClear® provides soft contact layer with high absorption capacity. In addition, being PE foam backed, it provides a cushioning effect and more comfort.
