Description: Absorbent non-woven impregnated with Sodium Chloride creates hypertonic wound environment that is unfavorable to microorganisms. How does it work? Once it absorbs the wound exudates, the sodium chloride inside the dressing creates hypertonic environment that wicks the exudates, slough, necrosis and bacteria inside the dressing. Indications: Salicol1'’ D is intended for wounds with moderate to heavy exuding rate, including wounds with slough. Contraindications: Salicol6 D should not be used over dry or lightly exuding wounds. Other sizes available upon request
