- The system supports automatic operation across different distillation stages at varying pressure levels: debutanization, atmospheric pressure, vacuum at 100 Torr, 10 Torr, and 2 Torr.
- Flask sizes range from 2 to 50 liters, with a charge capacity of 1/3 to 2/3 of the flask volume.
- Operational temperature can reach up to 350°C (660°F), with a pressure capability down to 1 Torr.
- The system operates within a range of up to 400°C AET (750°F) and requires a total wattage of 4500 W.
- Dimensions are 1.43 x 3.50 x 0.80 meters, and it requires a mains supply of 3 x 208-250 V, 50 Hz (60 Hz available upon request).
- The system performs distillation runs automatically without operator intervention. After each run, fraction collectors must be replaced, new parameters entered, and the system restarted.
- Fraction and receiver changes are automated based on pre-selected boiling temperatures or receiver capacity to prevent overfilling.
- The vacuum-tight fraction collector includes 9 receivers, allowing for a maximum of 36 fractions across 4 distillation stages.
- The system requires connections for water, nitrogen, compressed air, and electricity.
- Maximum ambient temperature for operation is 25°C.
